Dear SAP for Me visitor,
Our recent release weekend went smoothly, hence, we trust that it didn’t cause any inconvenience.
Answering your feedback, several useful features and important changes were implemented. To highlight a few:
- The new version of the SAP for Me mobile app contains the Get Support feature that lets you reach out to SAP via multiple support channels.
- Ask an Expert Peer went live as an additional channel in the Get Support application.
- The automatic confirmation time for cases will be changed from 30 days to 21 days from September 21, 2023.
- The Send Reply textbox on the case interface has been completely redesigned.
- Check your clean core progress under a new tab on system details pages for productive SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition systems.
- Some authorizations have been renamed, and more will follow.
- SAP will make changes to reporting-related authorizations in preparation of the go-live of the new Customer Insights Dashboard.
- The new Intelligent Enterprise Competency card enables partners to distinguish their expertise in delivering integrated end-to-end business processes.
- Partners can download an Engagement Model Qualifications certificate to share with their customers as proof of their ability to provide certain services.
